Financial support and living accommodation:
Our aim is to find you a position in a community, outreach organisation, or in education and assist you in applying and securing the job. We also have grants available, where needed, to help ensure full participation on the programme.
Mentorship through the first twelve months of your career:
A high quality learning programme to segue between the structure of a Kollel and the independence of learning on your own.
We focus on, and develop, your own wellbeing and resilience.
We introduce you to, and guide you through, a new world with its many modern challenges.
Above all, we will invest in each and every individual on the programme, to ensure that they find their feet in this new world, have the wisdom and confidence necessary to succeed with flying colours in their new roles and develop into wise, compassionate and sincere leaders that our community so desperately needs.
We shall mentor and guide them in their first positions, holding their hands and supporting them every step of the way. We will show them how to channel themselves into what is likely new and uncharted territory of having a professional role and taking responsibility for those around them. We will introduce them to the institutions of British Jewry and help them to become fully comfortable with all the organisations that can assist them along their journey.
This programme has transformed our lives and the lives of our family.
